Bookings and Deposits:
- 50% of the total tariff is due within 3 days of booking.
- Balance payable 60 days before arrival or immediately if there is less than 60 days to arrival.
- Cancellation Policy - Bookings cancelled more than 90 days prior to the arrival date can be refunded less an administration fee of $77. Bookings cancelled 60 to 90 days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the Total Cost unless the property can be re-let in which case the whole amount can be refunded less a $77 administration fee. For those bookings cancelled less than 60 days prior to the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the Total Cost will be incurred (that is, there will be no refund, unless the property can be re-let. All cancellations must be notified in writing.
